WAYCARER
The Brief: Design Project - Specification
The mission of the project was to
enable us to further develop our creative design vocabulary while exploring the links between research, design development and realisation. This brief provided us with an opportunity to undertake a small scale major project in preparation for the Level 6 Major Project.
My final solution to the brief was the WayCarer, an electronic walking frame for the elderly and infirm designed with the aim of encouraging them to participate in more outdoor activities through better mobility.
